Question: Where does Darius Miller now seem to fall in the draft slots and what things work for/against a four-year player now?
DraftExpress.com analyst Matt Kamalsky: “In some ways, Darius Miller’s experience works in his favor, as he’s played a role similar to what he may be asked to do in the NBA with different sets of NBA talent over the past few seasons. I’m not sure there’s a stigma against seniors as much as there is a such an inclination for players to leave school early that each senior class tends to be depleted by attrition and ultimately includes few high-potential talents as a result. Obviously, there are some players who don’t get to showcase themselves early in their careers or come on strong as late bloomers, but the senior class will always have relatively less upside than the annual one-and-done crop because it has its best member’s cherry-picked over time. I think that’s a credit to the way scouting has advanced, as its become exceedingly difficult to hide a player with NBA potential for long, even in small conferences.”

NOTHING can hurt Darius Miller, ” He Is A Baller “…If DM is not taken in the first round, I will be surprised, all it takes is one Smart GM…Just look at the variety of Shots he makes…plus he lethal at the three and his defense is stellar…Did I mention he the True definition of A KENTUCKY GENTLEMAN…I’ve all year said DM earned the right and has the skills to be Drafted 1st Round #18 – #22…Trust me all of BBN and BBI (Big Blue International), will closely watch all players Drafted ahead of Him…
Agree with you Larry, No matter where Darius is picked, he’ll make a team and succeed
If Shane Battier can make a living in the NBA, then certainly Darius will do likewise and well! Darius’ overall game just brings too much to the table to be ignored. Wish him nothing but the best and thank him and his family for “Miller Time” …loved it!

It will only hurt his draft position. He will be drafted and will have a long career. Think Keath Bogans. Drafted in the second round and he is a big contributor for the Chicago Bulls. They were picked as one of the top teams in the East this year and had one of the best records in the NBA.
He will play and play for a long time ! ! ! !

Not buying the bull about they have pulled from the pool until not many good seniors are left. Check the Draft the year the afor mentioned Shane Battier was drafted. He was a Sr. and I believe the national player of the year. This predates the one and done and I think there were several high school guys and underclassmen drafted before him.
