Thank you so much for sharing the photos. Brought back some great memories by just seeing their faces.

OK, that’s Darrin Horn (shocked to see him in a UK shirt), McCarty, ??? and Hood. Who is the young man with the towel around his neck?

    • larryvaught says:

      Horn is good guy

If I’m not mistaken, that’s Alex Poythress. The UK players served as managers for the fantasy camp. It was kinda funny seeing them run out to the campers with cups of water and towels at time out. Archie Goodwin also served as a manager on the same team, and he was yelling encouragement to the team members and offering advice. He was even getting on the officials. I predict Archie will very much be a team favorite–in temperament, he reminds me of MKG, at least what I could see from this game.

      • Karen Sprinkle says:

Oops, my bad. Archie, Brian Long (I think) and Willie Cauley-Stein were the managers for one of the teams, and Poythress, Hood and Polson were managers for another one of the teams that I saw play.

Also heard Malone was the best of the best when it came to managers. but pretty remarkable those guys were all out there serving as managers

  • Karen Sprinkle says:

I was behind his team’s bench, and Darrin, who was named coach of the camp and coached the winning team, coached his butt off. He gave everything he had, urging, cajoling, and praising his team for the come from behind victory.
