If you want to see the emotion of how Enes Kanter felt about Kentucky fans, go to http://www.studyinamerica.com/exclusive-interviews/i-am-enes-kanter/ to see exclusive video by Study in America with Tamer Turkman interviewing Kanter the day before the NBA draft.
“We just produced Enes’s English video  its directed to the people of Kentucky. He was very emotional by the way. We had to edit out a lot of tears. I think Turkey will understand how great you guys are after this video really gets out,” said Turkman, who is based in Chicago where Kanter trained and has talked to Kanter often during his two years in the United States.
The video has Kanter game highlights as well as footage from UK’s Big Blue Madness and a John Calipari press conference defending Kanter and his father.
Kanter thanks UK fans for their support and talks about accepting Calipari’s challenge of trying to make his teammates better after the NCAA ruled him permanently ineligible.
It’s well worth your time to watch this interview.

Thanks for posting to share with the BBN, Larry. When I first saw this I just about wanted to cry myself. You can’t help but love this young man, he is special and would have been special playing in the blue and white. I wish him the best and look forward to see him play, that is, whenever he will be able to play if and when the lockout ends. Go Cats!
Ditto on what Linda said. The guy will always be a Wildcat IMO. I’m anxious to actually get to see him play. I expect big things from him and I think people will know what UK could have been last year with him on the roster especially after Jorts had came into his own too. A second semester with him and Josh both playing well would have been great and maybe another title for the Cats. Here’s wishing you will Big Guy. I want to see some of those Undertaker moves when you get to play for pay.
Well-said, Linda. What a special player Enes would have been in blue and white (and how I feel for him in his having been wronged). Yes, though, we love him just the same, and I will be surely be following him and pulling for him once the NBA lockout no longer keeps that from happening.
My husband and I watched Superman I shortly before he died. Other then Superman in his red tights, the thing I remember most and if I am correctly Jor-El told him he could never do anything to change the course of the history of the earth. That stuck in my mind after my husband died. It also has played in my mind ever since botox mark and his band of merry men shafted Enes and the other decisions they have made. There are world catastrophies too I wish we could change. Sometimes things just don’t make sense and as I learned 30 years ago, you accept them and don’t let them destroy you. As Scarlett said, “Tomorrow is another day.” Enes has not let the stupidity of a few men destroy him and he will have his day.
Let,s not retire the #0 but retire A jersey with the name ENES .Hang in rafters on national tv and say take that NCAAGOTOHELLUK.The Pride Is Back And They Don,t It.
Have to pull for Enes. Knew he was a great kid, but showing it even more now
IT’S a shame that Emmert and his bunch of crooks at the NCAA will have such a “HATE” for the UK basketball program, that they would do what they did to Kanter. They didn’t care how the College Football & Basketball Championships were won by teams that “CHEATED” in doing so. Just goes to show how crooked the NCAA is.
I have never been more proud of being an American and a member of the BBN. Just so rewarding to see how the BBN adopted this young man and continued to support him even after the NCCA had their way. He truly appreciated the love. Enes is free!!!!
