Kentucky signee Keldon Johnson had Kentucky fans talking to him not only before he played in the Marshall County Hoopfest, but also during his team’s game Friday night against Hamilton Heights.
But once the game ended, the personable Johnson spent close to 30 minutes signing autographs and posing for pictures with UK fans of all ages.
He did not refuse a single autograph request and did not go to eat until every fan’s request had been met.
Oak Hill coach Steve Smith said that’s just the way Johnson is.
“He’s really a terrific young man and I think Kentucky fans are going to love him,” Smith said.
