Kentucky Sports Radio will be making a stop on its summer tour Monday in Danville.
The show will air from Dexter Real Estate on Main Street in Danville — just across the street from the police department in case Ryan Lemond has any traffic issues as he often does.
Obviously, Matt Jones will be here for the remote. Not sure about Drew Franklin and Shannon the Dude, but I hope one or both are. Not sure Danville native Tyler Thompson, a KSR colummnist, will make it home from Nashville, but maybe.
Dexter has Danville’s own Vaughn Little grilling hot dogs and hamburgers — and if you have ever eaten anything he has cooked you know you are in for a treat.
Dexter has also thought of acquiring a 2013 Louisville championship banner to give Lemond, who has been well known in this area for years from the time he worked at WLEX-18 in Lexington.
Kentucky Sports Radio airs on WHIR (1230 AM) in Danville — the first radio station where legendary broadcaster Cawood Ledford worked on his skills during his time at Centre College.
