LEXINGTON, Ky. – Fans will be able to follow along every step of the way as Kentucky football welcomes its 2017 class on Signing Day with behind-the-scenes coverage on UKathletics.com and social media.
Signing Day coverage, brought to you by Kentucky Farm Bureau, will begin at 8 a.m. ET on Feb. 1 and continue late into the morning. Kentucky Wildcats TV will produce its groundbreaking webcast live from the UK football war room, located in the recruiting room at Commonwealth Stadium. The live stream will be broadcast on UKathletics.com and SEC Network +.
In addition to being the source for news when the latest signees become official members of Mark Stoops’ latest highly touted recruiting class, the live stream will feature exclusive access to Stoops and his staff. Christi Thomas and Dick Gabriel will host the show, while Tom Leach and Jeremy Jarmon will interview coaches and other guests. Jeff Piecoro and Freddie Maggard will man the Nissan Film Room, breaking down the film of the next generation of Wildcat stars.
Coverage will extend well beyond the live stream. Fans can join the conversation and ask questions on Twitter by using the hashtag #FINISH17 and the best tweets will appear on the live stream. Coaches and other special guests will also take over UK Athletics’ various social-media platforms throughout the morning.

Find “Signing Day Central” in the app by going to the “More” tab, “Fan Guide,” and clicking on “Signing Day Central.” Be sure to turn on your Football “Event” alerts for real-time signee updates throughout the morning.
Following live coverage in the morning, Stoops and recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow will meet with the media in a press conference streamed live on UKathletics.com at 1 p.m.
On Wednesday evening, the UK Sports Network will air a Signing Day special, presented by Papa John’s.
