Join us on Community Trust Bank Sunday Morning Sports on WLAP (630 AM, wlap.com) for plenty of rants as usual from Mark Buerger and football insights and more from former UK running back Anthony White.

At 10:05 a.m., we will be joined by Ley Killeya-Jones and Reggie Jones, the parents of Kentucky basketball signee Sacha Killeya-Jones.

He recently played in the McDonald’s All-American Game and was invited to play in this week’s Derby Festival in Louisville but turned that down to concentrate on his academic work.

The player also recently received a death threat on Twitter for a picture he posted with three other UK signees during the McDonald’s All-American week.

His parents will talk about his basketball background, his diversified interests, what led him to Kentucky and many more things.

So make sure to listen at 10 a.m.

  1. Great interview. You can tell already that he is going to be a great kid – and, his parents are great as well.

PS I leave for church an hour early so I can listen to the radio show every Sunday morning.
